BayMark Acquires Riverwood Group’s 13 Opioid Treatment Programs In Seven States

Addiction treatment provider organization BayMark Health Services acquired Riverwood Group, LLC, an opioid treatment program (OTP) with 13 locations in seven states. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition expands BayMark’s OTP footprint into four new states.

For more than 15 years, Riverwood Group has been providing medication assisted treatment (MAT) with methadone plus addiction treatment counseling and wraparound services to treat opioid addiction. It operates OTPs in Arkansas, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Nebraska, and South Dakota.
