Bristol Hospice Purchases Remita Health

On September 8, 2020, Bristol Hospice, a portfolio company of Webster Equity Partners, announced that it purchased Remita Health in the states of Arizona, California, and Nevada. Financial details were not disclosed. Bristol Hospice added the Remita hospice service locations of Orange County, Northern Los Angeles, Central Los Angeles, Inland Empire, in California; Las Vegas, Nevada; and Tucson, Arizona.

Bristol Hospice began operations in 2006 and is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. With this most recent acquisition Bristol now operates 35 locations across 10 states including: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, and Utah.
