Cantata Health Solutions Acquires IMA Systems, Expanding Commitment To New York’s Behavioral Health Market

Cantata Health Solutions, which provides health care technology solutions for behavioral health and human services provider organizations, acquired IMA Systems, LLC, which provides New York-focused software solutions for behavioral health care provider organizations. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Current IMA customers will benefit from expanded resources and access to advanced technology. Cantata anticipates that the combination of IMA's deep New York expertise and software solutions with Cantata's modern technology will accelerate the company's ability to meet the unique requirements of New York behavioral health care provider organizations.
