Carina Health Network Partners With Innovaccer To Advance Value-Based Care For Over 1.5 Million Colorado Residents

Innovaccer Inc. and Carina Health Network have announced a partnership aimed at supporting Carina's shift toward value-based care. Carina is a Colorado-based non-profit organization that serves more than 1.5 million consumers.

Under the agreement, Carina will implement Innovaccer's Healthcare Intelligence Cloud, a platform that consolidates clinical and claims data into a unified consumer record. This will support population health analytics, care management, and consumer outreach functions across Carina's provider organization network.
