Catholic Charities To Acquire Augustana Health Care Center In Minneapolis
Catholic charities will be taking over a senior housing center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. According to Tim Marx, president and chief executive officer of Catholic Charities, the Augustana Care Center, owned by Cassia, fit the organizations' needs. Both entities were able to reach a deal in the acquisition; however, the financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The current building serves 95 people; however, the new building is expected to serve 203.
