Choice Health At Home Acquires Home Health Provider Organizations In Oklahoma & Texas

Texas-based Choice Health at Home, LLC (Choice) announced the acquisition of home health and hospice agencies in Oklahoma and Texas. Financial terms were not disclosed. On June 1, 2021, it acquired Restore Home Health, which operates in Central and Northeast Oklahoma via locations in Tulsa, Edmond, Grove, Stigler, and Muskogee. This is the organization’s second acquisition in Oklahoma. On January 1, 2021 it acquired Angelic Hospice in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Lori Chlouber, chief executive officer of Restore, will be staying on with Choice as vice president of state strategic operation.
