Community Health Services Of Lamoille Valley In Vermont Rebrands As Lamoille Health Partners

Community Health Services of Lamoille Valley in Vermont rebranded as Lamoille Health Partners. The organization is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), the only one in Lamoille County. The name changes are in effect immediately; however, updates to signage at each location will be made over the next several months, with completion expected by mid-2021.

The organization offers a comprehensive suite of healthcare services that include family medicine, pediatrics, family dentistry, behavioral health and wellness, neurology, a community health team, a medication-assisted treatment team for addiction disorder, and a pharmacy.
