Dutch Company Acquires UPMC Subsidiary That Developed Cancer Care Guidelines

Dutch Company Elsevier recently acquired Via Oncology, a UPMC subsidiary. Terms of the deal have not yet been disclosed.

Statements from Elsevier leadership have emphasized its anticipates that the acquisition will accelerate its ability to support the referential needs of caregivers, as well as the workflow needs of clinical professionals.
