Eating Program Provider Organizations, The Emily Program & Veritas Collaborative, Complete Merger

The Emily Program and Veritas Collaborative completed their merger to join their leading eating disorders programs. The companies had announced plans to merge on February 10, 2021. Financial terms have not been disclosed. The Emily Program and Veritas will retain their brands in their respective markets across the Northwest, Midwest, and Southeast. The name of the merged company will be announced later 2021.

Together, The Emily Program and Veritas currently have 20 locations across Georgia, Minnesota, Ohio, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington.
