Epic Systems Releases SaaS EHR For Independent Medical Groups

Epic Systems Corporation released a new electronic health record (EHR) Software as a Service (SaaS) offering called Garden Plot, which is intended for use by independent medical groups. Garden Plot is currently available to primary and specialty care groups with more than 40 clinical professionals. The first wave of implementations will start in May 2022.

By implementing Garden Plot, small independent medical groups will gain access to Epic and to integrated products from Epic’s partners including Availity, Biscom, Change Healthcare, Healthwise, Intelligent Medical Objects, Iron Bridge, Lyniate, OSG Billing Services, Solarity, Sphere, Surescripts, and Wolters Kluwer.
