Everside Health Acquires Direct Primary Care Provider R-Health

National direct primary care provider organization Everside Health (Everside), formerly Paladina Health, Activate Healthcare, and Healthstat, signed an agreement to acquire R-Health, which also provides direct primary care services. Financial terms were not disclosed. With the integration, R-Health adds 12 clinics in Pennsylvania and New Jersey to Everside's national footprint of health centers across 33 states.
