Exl Completes Acquisition Of Care Management Firm Health Integrated

ExlService Holdings, Inc. (EXL) recently announced it has completely its acquisition of Health Integrated. Health Integrated primarily services in the areas of Medicaid, Medicare, and dual-eligible populations. Terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.

EXL anticipates that Health Integrated’s differentiated care management offering and talented group of clinical professionals will be a great asset for supporting the end-to-end clinical operations it manages for consumers.
