Florida Blue Sister Organization Guidewell Connect Acquires Onlife Health

Guidewell Connect—a sister company of Florida Blue under Guidewell—recently announced it is acquiring health and wellness technology platform OnLife Health (OnLife) from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee and Cambia Health Solutions. The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed at this time.

Currently, OnLife services over 11 million consumers through contracts with health plans and employer clients. With the addition of OnLife, Guidewell Connect now serves health plan and employer clients in 19 states.
