Four Arkansas Behavioral Health Provider Organizations Announce Merger To Form Arisa Health
On October 30, 2019, four leading behavioral health provider organizations in Arkansas announced that they have signed a letter of intent to form an integrated behavioral health system. The new non-profit organization, Arisa Health, will bring together the professional clinical staff and services of Counseling Associates, Mid-South Health Systems, Ozark Guidance, and Professional Counseling Associates. Arisa Health will serve 41 counties throughout the northern half of the state.
