GigCapital2 Enters Agreements With UpHealth & Cloudbreak To Form Combined Digital Health Company

GigCapital2 announced that it has entered into two separate definitive business combination agreements with each of UpHealth Holdings, Inc. (UpHealth) and Cloudbreak Health, LLC, (Cloudbreak) to form a combined entity intended to create profitable, publicly traded, comprehensive global digital health care companies. Upon the closing of the transaction, the combined company will be named UpHealth, Inc. and will continue to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the new ticker symbol “UPH”.
