Google Health To Integrate Search & Summary Tools Into MEDITECH EHR

Google Health and MEDITECH are working on an integrated clinical solution that will combine tools from the Google Health Care product suite, Care Studio, with the MEDITECH Expanse electronic health record (EHR). MEDITECH is the first EHR vendor to integrate with Care Studio. The Care Studio tools include data harmonization, search, and summarization capabilities so that health care professionals can quickly search an EHR and organize previously siloed data types. The collaboration expands on an existing partnership between MEDITECH and Google Cloud and will utilize Google Cloud’s infrastructure.
