Greenspace & Upper Bay Counseling Expand ‘BrightPath Cecil’ To Support Student Mental Health Across Cecil County, Maryland

Greenspace Health and Upper Bay Counseling & Support Services, Inc., in collaboration with Cecil County Public Schools, announced renewed funding from Maryland’s Community Health Resources Commission (CHRC) for BrightPath Cecil, a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) digital student well-being hub. The continued investment will expand access to comprehensive mental health support and resources for students and families across all 29 Cecil County Public Schools.

Since its launch, over 5,000 students and family members have visited the BrightPath Cecil hub to access mental health resources and services. More than 200 users created accounts to track their well . . .
