Healthcare Management Administrators Launches ‘Care Navigator Plus’ Member Engagement Tool For Self-Funded Employer Plans

Healthcare Management Administrators (HMA), which administers self-funded health benefit programs, is launching Care Navigator Plus, an in-house, data-driven navigation and advocacy solution to help covered members with health risks make care decisions without the need for using disparate consumer-driven tools. Care Navigator Plus will go live January 1, 2024.

Care Navigator Plus builds on HMA’s legacy Care Navigator product that features a proprietary analytics solution that leverages claims data and a health questionnaire, among other data sources.
