Aspen RxHealth announced that Humana Inc., a leading health and well-being company, has chosen the company’s app-based platform to connect pharmacists with patients to deliver clinical services, including medication therapy management (MTM). Aspen RxHealth’s innovative approach to establishing the patient-pharmacist relationship is built on the model of crowdsourcing and enabling a two-sided marketplace.
