On September 2, 2020, Salesforce announced a new multi-year agreement with Humana to deliver a connected care platform. Humana will deploy the Salesforce Health Cloud as part of its new Enterprise Clinical Operating Model, to boost care coordination between members, care teams, and provider organizations.
