InnovaCare Health Strengthens Florida Presence Through Partnership With Trinity Medical Group

InnovaCare Health, a national leader in integrated and value-based health care services, announced the company has signed an agreement to acquire Trinity Medical Group, a primary care provider organization serving seniors in Polk County, Florida. With practices in Lakeland and Winter Haven, Trinity Medical Group treats more than 50,000 individuals annually and employs more than 100 staff members. The group’s eight provider organizations will continue to serve current individuals and accept new ones.
