Israeli Company Healthy.io Acquires U.S. Competitor Inui Health

Healthy.io, an Israeli company that creates at-home urinalysis technology, purchased Inui Health, a competitor from California, for $9 million. Inui Health Chief Executive Officer Jamie Tenedorio, Ph.D., will join Healthy.io as part of the acquisition.

According to Yonatan Adiri, founder and chief executive officer of Health.io, their board decided unanimously in favor of finalizing the acquisition, as they saw many of the core assets Inui developed as key to thei short-term scale in the U.S. The deal will help Healthy.io move into the U.S. market.
