Jefferson Health, a health system serving Greater Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is deploying an artificial intelligence (AI) based symptom assessment and care navigation tool developed by Ada Health. Jefferson Health is deploying the technology as part of a digital front door initiative that will also help reduce staff time needed for triage and care navigation. The tool will be used by the health system’s 18 hospitals and more than 50 outpatient facilities.
