Jefferson Health Launches Digital Front Door With Ada Health’s AI-Based Symptom Assessment & Care Navigation Tool

Jefferson Health, a health system serving Greater Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is deploying an artificial intelligence (AI) based symptom assessment and care navigation tool developed by Ada Health. Jefferson Health is deploying the technology as part of a digital front door initiative that will also help reduce staff time needed for triage and care navigation.
