Jet Health, Inc. Acquires Signal Home Health & Hospice In San Antonio, Texas

Jet Health, Inc., which provides home health and hospice services acquired Signal Home Health & Hospice, based in San Antonio, Texas. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition marks Jet Health’s seventh acquisition and furthers the company’s strategy to build a premier home health and hospice provider across the western and southwestern United States.

Founded in 2010, Signal Home Health & Hospice primarily serves consumers in the greater San Antonio area as well as adjoining counties. Its service line includes hospice services, skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, social workers ,and home health aides.
