Kaiser Permanente Joins Digital Health Company Graphite Health

Kaiser Permanente joined Graphite Health as its fourth organizing member, joining founding members SSM Health, Presbyterian Healthcare Services, and Intermountain Healthcare. Prat Vemana, Kaiser Permanente's senior vice president and chief digital officer, will join the board of Graphite Health.
