Keralty Health Enterprise Acquires Westchester General Hospital In Miami
Keralty, an international health enterprise, acquired Westchester General Hospital in Miami, Florida, in October 2020, and took over operations immediately. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The purchase includes the 78,000-square-foot hospital and an additional 248,000-square-feet of parking and additional undeveloped land. Keralty has retained Westchester's current staff of 570 employees. Keralty's former South America Region President, Juan Carlos Echandia is the hospital's new chairman.
