KidsPeace launched Spyglass Solutions, an affiliated consulting practice offering health care and related organizations guidance and tools to meet the challenges of the current management, operational, and regulatory environment of health care development and delivery. The Spyglass Solutions team will offer clients high-level training and advice across a range of functions, including clinical services, business operations, sustainability practices, staff recruiting and development, information technology, financial management, fundraising strategy, and infrastructure planning.
Spyglass Solutions is led by KidsPeace Vice President Patrick Slattery and Benjamin Steefel as principal consultants. Spyglass will offer consultative services and product solutions that have been proven effective through their use at KidsPeace and communities. These solutions include Oasis Space (a set of items and practices to help employees manage workplace stress) and the Critical Incident Response Team (which provides therapeutic support for schools, groups, and communities which have experienced shared trauma).
