Learning Care Group Acquires U-GRO Learning Centres

Learning Care Group, Inc. acquired U-GRO Learning Centres, a chain of 14 preschools in Central Pennsylvania. Financial terms were not disclosed.

U-GRO was founded in 1973. The centers are located in Dauphin, Cumberland, Lancaster, Lebanon, and York counties.

Learning Care Group provides early education and child care in North America. The for-profit company operates 900 school locations in 36 states, the District of Columbia and internationally.
