Lover, A Digital Sexual Health Therapy App, Accepted Into The FDA Safer Technologies Program
The U.S Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved Lover, a digital therapeutic app for improving users’ sex lives and treating sexual problems, and the app has joined the FDA’s Safer Technologies Program (STeP). The STep program aims to enable people to access safer medical devices to improve health outcomes. Lover also announced it raised bridge funding of $2 million, led by investors including Lerer Hippeau, Manta Ray, Global Founders Capital, and FJ Labs.
