The Minnesota Department of Human Services is issuing a number of legal changes to telemedicine and related programs for health care professionals and consumers during the global pandemic. DHS temporarily expanded access to telemedicine for Minnesotans enrolled in Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare who receive health care, mental health treatment, or addiction treatment.
