ModivCare Completes Acquisition Of nuVizz WellRyde Technology Platform

ModivCare Inc., a technology-enabled health care services company providing a suite of integrated supportive care solutions focused on improving consumer outcomes, has completed its acquisition of nuVizz, Inc.’s WellRyde technology platform. ModivCare was formerly known as LogistiCare Solutions, LLC. It rebranded effective January 6, 2021.
