Moments Hospice Enters Illinois With New Location In Des Plaines

Moments Hospice opened its first location in Illinois with a de novo location in Des Plaines, a suburb in the Chicago metropolitan area. During 2020, it opened eight new locations, and in July 2021, it opened a location in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The company has 15 locations in six states: Minnesota, Wisconsin, South Dakota, Iowa, and Illinois.
