Muskingum Valley Health Center (MVHC) opened new care facility in Cambridge, Ohio. The new facility is phase one of MVHC’s $14 million construction project in the city. The new facility will provide the following services: adult health with laboratory services, urgent care, X-rays by Southeastern Med Imaging, Northside MVHC Pharmacy, women’s health with lab services, behavioral health/medication assisted addiction treatment services, pediatric health, and dental services. MVHC anticipates that the facility will be at 90% of capacity within six months.
MVHC is a federally qualified health center founded in 2008. It serves Muskingum, Morgan, Coshocton, and Guernsey counties in Ohio, with health care facilities in Zanesville, South Zanesville, Malta, and Coshocton. The new building in Cambridge is the result of a three-year process from design to construction.
