Netsmart recently launched Bells Virtual Scribe, an advanced augmented intelligence (AI) tool for clinician and staff support. The tool aims to improve and simplify the documentation process within electronic health records (EHRs) and the Netsmart CareFabric platform.;

Bells Virtual Scribe is built on Amazon Web Services. It uses ambient listening technology. Its features include transcription, terminology tagging to support documentation accuracy, evidence mapping, and multi-participant support, for up to 10 participants per session. Bells Virtual Scribe can be used by a range of health care professionals including therapists, primary care physicians, psychiatrists and psychologists.
