On August 11, 2020, Netsmart announced a partnership with Bernalillo County, New Mexico to implement CareManager™ as the county’s population health management and care coordination platform to share detainee information between jails, the Comprehensive Assessment and Resiliency through Excellence (CARE) campus, Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC), and the Resource Re-entry Center (RRC). The goal is to improve data sharing and analytics capabilities to improve management of individuals transitioning back into the community following incarceration. The county’s jails serve more than 11,000 individuals.
