New ‘Independence Way At The Green,’ Affordable Housing Opens For New Jersey Residents With Developmental Disabilities

Rockefeller Group and the Bergen County United Way (BCUW)/Madeline Corporation partnership recently completed Independence Way at The Green, an eight building, 62-unit affordable housing development in Florham Park, New Jersey, about 30 miles outside of New York City, for people with developmental disabilities. The facility is owned and managed by Bergen County United Way and Madeline Corp. It will provide homes to 102 individuals with developmental disabilities.
