OhioHealth and Docent Health announced that OhioHealth consumers in select geographies will have access to a unique set of consumer navigation services from Docent Health that will help them access, navigate, and engage with the health care system in an innovative way. Beginning in test markets, OhioHealth consumers will have access to a service that extends the reach of traditional care teams to support individuals and families throughout their lifetime. Live consumer navigators will communicate with residents via smart text messaging and phone. The program provides both proactive and reactive support to individuals.
