Orange Business Services Acquires ehealth Company Enovacom

Orange Business Services (Orange) recently announced it has signed an agreement to acquire Enovacom. The acquisition pushes Orange Healthcare’s strategy to become the main partner in France and abroad for the digital transformation of health care institutions.

Enovacom will bring its software suite to Orange, which helps to facilitate the exchange, sharing, and security of data between all players within the health care system. Orange anticipates that the acquisition will assist it in its goal of developing solutions that keep lines of communications open between provider organizations and consumers throughout the treatment process.
