Participation is open for the 4th annual Behavioral Health Salary & Benefits Report, conducted by Hospital & Healthcare Compensation Service (HCS). The study covers salaries and benefits granted to Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs (AoD), and Developmental Disability employees in Residential Treatment and In-Patient Facilities.

The HCBS national study exclusively covers all areas of mental health compensation; the results will include hourly and bonus data for more than 60 jobs, caseload, turnover, and benefits.
