QRails Acquires Electronic Health Care & Insurance Provider Rete+Pay

Denver, Colorado-based payments processor QRails recently announced it is acquiring electronic health care and insurance payments solutions organization Rete+Pay. Rete+Pay helps make payment process faster and more efficient, and ensures HIPAA and ACA compliance in the management and settlement of medical claims between insurance companies, consumers, and provider organizations.

Rete+Pay Plus, Rete+Pay’s most recent product, combines claims processing with claims adjudication and payment technology to create one single source solutions, helping reduce claims processing costs and improve cash flow for medical provider organizations.
