Richmond Behavioral Health Authority Selects Netsmart CareFabric Platform To Replace Cocentrix Profiler EHR

The Richmond Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) in Virginia selected the Netsmart CareFabric® electronic health record (EHR) and care management platform, which will replace its current system Cocentrix Profiler EHR, which went live in May 2013. The new system was selected following a competitive procurement in 2022. It is anticipated to go live in the fall of 2024. The contract terms were not announced.

Through this partnership, RBHA will be able to leverage advanced technology to deliver integrated, coordinated care to the nearly 13,000 individuals served annually as they continue to expand their services.
