Rincon Family Services Selects Qualifacts To Support CCBHC Expansion & Integrated Care In Illinois

Qualifacts has entered into a partnership with Rincon Family Services, a Chicago, Illinois-based non-profit provider of mental health, substance use treatment, and supportive services. Rincon will implement Qualifacts’ Credible electronic health record (EHR) platform to support operations, reporting, and compliance with state and federal requirements.

Rincon, a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), serves individuals, youth, and families across the Chicago area. Founded in 1972, the organization was among the first Latino-focused substance use treatment providers in the region and has since expanded to offer counseling, case management, and prevention and treatment services throughout Chicagoland.
