Sam’s Club Launches Innovative Pilot To Help Make Health Care More Affordable
Sam’s Club announced the launch of a pilot program, The Care Accelerator, slated to begin in early October 2019. Through a series of bundled health care services, members will save money on common health care service needs including primary care, dental, optical, and alternative medicine. The program will be piloted in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina, with the potential to expand to all members in the future. The goal of the new program is to help members decrease out-of-pocket costs so they can better manage their budgets and their health.
