SaVida Opens Second Maine Outpatient Addiction Program
SaVida will open its second facility for opioid and alcohol addiction in Penobscot County, Maine on November 5, 2020. The facility will accept in-person and telehealth visits. Depending on need, consumers will be eligible for weekly, biweekly, or monthly visits.
Founded in 2010, SaVida provides opioid health home services and offers medical, behavioral, and wraparound services. SaVida prescribes addiction medications; and offers psychiatric medication management, medical care, counseling, and case management. SaVida also offers references to assist with food insecurity, homelessness, and unemployment, as needed. SaVida offers 22 outpatient treatment centers in Delaware, Maine, Massachusetts, Virginia, and Vermont.
