Signant Health Acquires Ametris To Create An End-To-End Electronic Clinical Trial Outcome Assessment & Digital Outcome Measures Platform
Signant Health, which provides operational support for clinicals trials, announced its acquisition of Ametris (formerly ActiGraph), a digital health solutions provider organization. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition brings together electronic clinical outcome assessment (eCOA) tools with wearable-derived digital outcome measures, for an end-to-end platform that combines consumer-reported outcomes with continuous sensor data for use in clinical trials.
