Somatus raised $325 million to expand the reach and impact of its value-based kidney care model. The company is building a nationwide network of provider organizations and connected consumers. Its model relies on partnerships with locally-based nephrologists and primary care physicians and bringing personalized, in-home care and support directly to consumers with kidney disease.
