SoundHound AI & Allina Health Launch AI Agent To Redefine Consumer Engagement

SoundHound AI, Inc., which specializes in voice artificial intelligence (AI), partnered with Allina Health to deploy “Alli,” an AI agent for consumer engagement. Alli is powered by SoundHound AI’s Amelia conversational AI platform. The AI agent allows consumers to manage their appointments. In the future, consumers will be able to refill medications, find health care professionals or locations, and receive answers to non-clinical questions–all without having to wait on hold. This is anticipated to eliminate the need for consumer experience representatives to spend time on manual verification, accelerating access to care.;
