St. Louis Center In Chelsea, Michigan Opens First Cottage Home For Adults With I/DD
St. Louis Center in Chelsea, Michigan, opened its first cottage home for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD). The six-person home, called “D’Adamo House,” is located in St. Louis Guanella Village on the St. Louis Center campus.
Faith-based St. Louis Center is a residential care facility built in 1960. It is situated on 180 acres of land that is owned by the Servants of Charity. It provides housing and residential services for children and adults with I/DD. The Center has the capacity to serve 90 individuals, and at any given time serves more than 60 . . .
