Summit BHC Acquires Seabrook, Expands Into New Jersey

Summit Behavioral Healthcare, LLC (Summit BHC), which provides behavioral health and addiction treatment services nationally entered the state of New Jersey when it closed its acquisition of non-profit Seabrook on December 21, 2020. Seabrook’s operations include a 153-bed inpatient addiction treatment facility located on 40 acres in Bridgeton, New Jersey, along with three additional intensive outpatient programs operating in Cherry Hill, Morristown, and Shrewsbury. Financial terms were not disclosed.
