The MENTOR Network Acquires Sage Care Therapy Services, Expands Offerings In Texas

The MENTOR Network (MENTOR), a national provider of community-based health care and support services, announced the acquisition of Sage Care Therapy Services (Sage Care). The acquisition expands MENTOR’s offerings to include home-based delivery of pediatric therapies for children up to 21 years old in North Texas and the surrounding Dallas-Fort Worth region. MENTOR’s acquisition of Sage Care was finalized as of April 26, 2021. Financial terms were not disclosed.
